Newman Visits Fort Bragg for Army 101

FORT BRAGG, N.C. – U.S. Army NASCAR driver Ryan Newman and crew members participated in a “greening” process Monday  at Fort Bragg, home of the 82nd Airborne Division and the U.S. Army’s Special Operations Command. The visit gave Newman and the team a glimpse into the strength of the Army Strong Soldier.

Stewart in a Late Model?

Will we be seeing Tony Stewart in a Late Model next June?  Green-White-Checker is reporting that Stewart has been invited to compete in the Governor’s Cup 150 at Thunder Road International Speedway on Thursday June 25.

The Governor’s Cup is a Late Model non-points race for the American-Canadian Tour.  Stewart will be in the area already since the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 weekend begins the next day at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Tony Stewart could be competing in a Late Model event at storied Thunder Road International Speedbowl this season.
