KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – While last weekend’s rain-induced marathon of a race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway near Charlotte, N.C., had some feeling as if the entire 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season had lapsed, only 12 of the 36 races on the Sprint Cup schedule have actually been completed.
