Newman Makes Chase by Finishing 10th in Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. — Ryan Newman secured a berth in the Chase for the Sprint Cup after finishing 10th in Saturday night’s Chevy Rock & Roll 400 at Richmond International Raceway. The U.S. Army/Haas Automation driver made yet another late-race comeback as he took over the 10th position on the final lap of the 400-lap race at the .75-mile short track.
