Atlanta Motor Speedway Upgrading Lucky Fan to Serve as Ryan Newman’s “Honorary Pit Crew Member”

Ryan Newman at MISHAMPTON, Ga. – NASCAR Sprint Cup Series star Ryan Newman and Atlanta Motor Speedway are giving a lucky fan the chance to be Newman’s “Honorary Pit Crew Member” and win a Meet-N-Greet with the NASCAR star for the Emory Healthcare 500 NASCAR night race on Sunday, Sept. 5.

As a special incentive for fans purchasing $39 tickets to the Emory Healthcare 500, Newman,driver of the No. 39 U.S. Army / Tornados / Haas Automation Chevrolet, will upgrade one fan’s race weekend experience to include a Meet-N-Greet with Newman, a tour of the No. 39 U.S. Army hauler and will serve as Newman’s “Honorary Pit Crew Member” for the Emory Healthcare 500.

To be eligiblefor the experience upgrade with Newman, fans must purchase a $39 Elliott Grandstand ticket to the Emory Healthcare 500 by on or before Sunday, Aug. 22.

“Atlanta is one of the best race tracks we go to for three- and four-wide racing in the corners,” said Newman, who has seven career poles at Atlanta and is tied with Buddy Baker for the most all-time at the track. “I have always enjoyed Atlanta– especially during qualifying on Fridays. I really hope the fans will line up to buy these special tickets. It’s a good deal, and I guarantee the fans will see a heck of a show, and I’m looking forward to meet one of them.”

All $39 Elliott Grandstand ticket holders are eligible for the contest, including those who purchased tickets prior to the contest’s announcement.

The biggest Labor Day party in the USA is at Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Emory Healthcare 500 race weekend on Sept. 3 -5.
