Ryan Newman Foundation Joins Forces With the NASCAR Foundation For Partners For Paws Event
The NASCAR Foundation is joining NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers Greg Biffle and Ryan Newman for the Partners For Paws Spectacular, a live and silent auction on Feb. 11 to benefit several animal welfare charities.
The event will be held at the Daytona Club at Daytona International Speedway at 5:30 p.m. and will feature an autograph session with the event hosts. Joining the event this year as emcee is Krista Voda, a NASCAR reporter for SPEED television and Fox. Net proceeds from the event will benefit the Greg Biffle Foundation, Ryan Newman Foundation and Halifax Humane Society, all charities with missions to improve animal welfare.
“Partners for Paws is a great opportunity for NASCAR fans to get together to support animal welfare by helping raise funds for three groups with similar missions,” said NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Ryan Newman. “When we work together to promote the adoption of abandoned pets and spay and neuter programs, we can make a much bigger difference for the animals.”
NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Greg Biffle added; “The Partners for Paws event is a lot of fun. It’s great to see NASCAR fans come out and support a cause near and dear to my heart, animal welfare. This year we are hoping to raise even more funds for animals in need.”
The auction boasts several VIP NASCAR experiences, a ride in the fast lane around Daytona International Speedway with Greg Biffle, and hundreds of autographed items including sheet metal, die casts, driving suits, crew uniforms, helmets, beautifully-framed photographs and prints, caps, jackets, collectibles and several multi-signature items.
Tickets are $25, available through February 6 online at WWW.NASCAR.COM/foundation and at the door the day of the event. Children under 14 are free. Dinner is provided with your event ticket.
