FARGO, ND – Tony Stewart confirmed Tuesday that he will be racing the All Star Sprints Show at the Red River Valley Speedway (RRVS) in Fargo, ND next Thursday night. Donny Schatz, who drives for Stewart in the World of Outlaws Sprint cars will also be racing at the track that his father manages.
In an interview on WDAY 970-AM’s “Sports Talk” on Wednesday, Schatz recounted his phone conversation with Stewart. “He said, ‘I got some good news and some bad news.’ I said, ‘Well rattle the bad news off for me first,’” “He said, ‘Well, you’re going to have some competition at the All-Star show in Fargo.’ I said, ‘Well what’s the good news?’ He said, ‘I’m coming.’ ”
